Before I headed out to Albertsons this morning, I put a quarter in my pocket and and decided to leave my wallet at home. I mean really, who needs money when you can score a bunch of free groceries at Albertsons with a wad full of double coupons in hand?
I know there are a ton of great deals out there is week to be had, but I only have about $180 left for the year. So I have to be super picky on how I spend my money if I want to reach my goal this year of feeding my family for only $100 a month.

I was planning on picking up from free Arrowhead Mills cereal with the $1.00 coupon, but my store was out. I’ll check the store in another day or two and see if it’s in, and I’ll try and stock up on some more pasta as well.
So, did you make it to Albertsons this morning? Did you just go for the free stuff, or did you actually drop some cash while you were there?
